So I made some mini cakes from a cake that I froze. It is Strawberry Lemon cake with cream cheese frosting. For those of you wondering you can freeze can and enjoy it later!
The way I took the picture it looks like a cupcake but its a layered mini cake with fresh strawberries and cream cheese frosting in between and on the top. I topped it with chocolate covered sesame
