Framed Chalkboard Wall using Paint

One of my sons classes require for him to use a chalkboard at home for his work. The thought of putting a ginormous black spot on my wall didn't sound appealing so I tried to make it pretty.

I just used black paint but if you have access to chalkboard paint use it.  Then I
googled some pictures of framed chalkboards and was inspired by the French Vintage looking frames.
