What you need is fleece fabric, fabric glue and brown thread. It took me about 15min. I actually calculated the size of his head wrong so the picture of the hat shown is different from the one he is wearing. I ended up making 2. The difference is I added thread to the brim of the hat. Trace a baby hat and add about an inch to the tracing if your fleece doesn't stretch. Glue the 2 pieces together. then use a simple quick stitch w/ brown thread around the edges so it looks like you sewed it together. For the ears use a small cup for a circle. Trace it and then cut it in half. Sew it on the outside.
