Pumpkin Butter Mini Pancakes


Mini anything is cute! Great for a party, brunch, Christmas brunch with the familia or just for Tuesday morning breakfast!

Ingredients:
Favorite Pancake Mix
Pumpkin Butter see recipe
Syrup
Circle cookie cutter
toothpick/skewer

1. Follow directions for your pancake mix and cook.
2. Once cooked use your small circle cutter to go around the pancake and get as many circles out of the pancake.
3. In between each stack spread Pumpkin butter.
4. Stack 3 together

Top with Pumpkin Butter and Syrup and skewer it!
